Budderoo House
Budderoo House is ideal for groups- great for 5 or more adults plus children. It is the largest cottage on the farm and has amazing views.
The largest cottage on the farm, Budderoo House with it’s six bedrooms sleeps fourteen guests comfortably- up to sixteen in total. Boasting stunning views and cozy fireplace in the living area with it’s oversized dining table, the house has a large well equipped kitchen with a fabulous island bench for family and friends to gather around.
The kids are entertained in the bunk room with their own TV. There is easy walking access to the play area, all the animals and the chickens from the house. There is also an outdoor area with a gas BBQ.

Features-
~ Fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioning.
~ Two bathrooms, one with a bath and separate shower, toilet and vanity. The other bathroom has a shower and toilet.
~All bedrooms have fans and oil fin heaters.
~ Full kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove & oven, pots and pans, cappuccino maker, cutlery & crockery and glassware. Small amount of tea, ground coffee, sugar, salt and pepper supplied.
~Gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
~TV, dvd, radio, cd player and Foxtel.
~Washing machine, clothes dryer plus clothes line.
~Linen, blankets, doonas and bath towels are also supplied.
As much as we love animals we do not cater for pets.
The base rate shown on the booking system is for the whole house for up to 10 guests then extra person rates apply for up to 16 guests.
If you have more than 10 guests, add $60 per night per extra adult, $30 per night per extra child under 16 and $15 per child under 2. The minimum night stay applies to the extra person rates.
Standard Stays-
~Weekends are a 2 night minimum.
~ April, July and September School Holidays- 3 night minimum
~January School Holidays- 7 night minimum
~Long Weekends (3 night minimum): Check in on the Friday
~Easter (4 night minimum) for bookings IN: Thursday OUT: Monday
~Christmas/New Year (5 night minimum) :No Check In or Departure on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day
