The cute Cottage is situated in one of the best positions on the farm with the most amazing views to ‘live for’.
THE COTTAGE IS BOOKED OUT FOR EASTER AND THE APRIL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
The Cottage has two bedrooms is great for a single family getaway- 2 adults and up to 4 children -comfortably sleeping four to six guests.
There is a beautiful grass paddock directly in front of the cottage with uninterrupted views of the valley, mountain escarpments and the grazing of cows and alpacas. With it’s wrap around verandah with a swing seat to enjoy the view and a log fire for cozy family evenings the Cottage is made for the perfect getaway .
From The Cottage it is easy walking access to the play area, all the animals and the chickens.

The Cottage Features-
~ Combustion fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioning.
~ Full kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove & oven, pots and pans, cappuccino maker, cutlery & crockery and glassware. Plus a small supply of ground coffee, tea, sugar, pepper and salt.
~ Gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
~TV, dvd, radio, and cd player.
~ Washing machine and clothes dryer plus clothes line
~Linen, blankets, doonas and bath towels are also supplied.
As much as we love animals we do not cater for pets.
The base rate shown on the booking system is for the whole cottage for up to 4 guests then extra person rates apply for up to 8 guests.
If you have more than 4 guests, add $60 per night per extra adult, $30 per night per extra child under 16 and $15 per child under 2. The minimum night stay applies to the extra person rates.
~ Weekends are a 2 night minimum.
~ April, July and September School Holidays- 3 night minimum
~January School Holidays- 7 night minimum
~ Long Weekends (3 night minimum) Check in on the Friday
~ Easter (4 night minimum) for bookings IN: Thursday OUT: Monday
~ Christmas/New Year (5 night minimum) - No Check In or Departure on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day
