The Loft
The two story Loft is wonderfully quaint and rustic and is perfect for a two family getaway- 4 adults and up to 5 children.
The Loft has three bedrooms with a wonderful wrap-around verandah with a Balinese day bed to relax the afternoons away on, outside gas bbq for cooking up delicious lunches, easy to warm up living area with the reverse cycle air conditioning to enjoy an evening wine and chat with friends and family. The Loft is also the home of the famous ‘Loo with a View’ which is located outside- don’t panic there’s a loo inside too! It sleeps seven to nine guests comfortably.
The Loft is quaint, rustic and private. It is an easy walk to access to the play area, visit all the animals and the chickens from the Loft.

- 2 bunks - 4 single beds (2 x 2) above each other plus one individual single (5 single beds) in an open loft space.

The Loft Features-
~Reverse cycle air conditioning the downstairs living room and the upstairs bedroom area.
~One bathroom with a shower over the bath and toilet plus a second outside toilet.
~ Full kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove & oven, pots and pans, cappuccino maker, cutlery & crockery and glassware. Plus a small supply of ground coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper.
~ Gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
~ Washing machine, clothes dryer and clothes line
~ TV, dvd, radio & cd player,
~ Linen, blankets, doonas and bath towels are also supplied.
As much as we love animals we do not cater for pets.
The base rate shown on the booking system is for the whole cottage for up to 6 guests then extra person rates apply for up to 11 guests.
If you have more than 6 guests, add $60 per night per extra adult, $30 per night per extra child under 16 and $15 per child under 2. The minimum night stay applies to the extra person rates.
Standard Stays-
~ Weekends are a 2 night minimum.
~ April, July and September School Holidays- 3 night minimum
~January School Holidays- 7 night minimum
~ Long Weekends (3 night minimum) Check in on the Friday
~ Easter (4 night minimum) for bookings IN: Thursday OUT: Monday
~ Christmas/New Year (5 night minimum)- No Check In or Departure on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day
